WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our priority is to ensure that your items arrive in mint condition. As a result of the nature of the gifts we include in our boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely event that you receive your boxes in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make it right. WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Shipping costs start from ₦1500 within selected addresses on the mainland for orders under ₦ 100,000. While shipping cost for island addresses starts from ₦2000.

Unbranded gift orders are available for immediate deliveries. Please note that all branded orders require a processing time hence shipping expectations to addresses within and outside Lagos State is between 5 - 7 working days.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED?

We securely collect payment through Flutterwave on our website using either Debit Card or Bank transfer.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send an email with your order number upon confirmation of your purchase.
